Yesterday the government announced that from Monday 1st December the VAT rate will be cut from 17.5% to 15%. Not only will Facewest be passing the full 2.5% VAT cut onto our customers but from now until the VAT cut Facewest have decided to apply a 2.5% discount to all online shopping baskets.
We are doing this because customers could, quite rightly, not buy something this week and wait until next week when the same item will be cheaper. We are talking about a £2.10 saving on a spend of £100, but saving money is saving money. We do not want our customers to have to wait a week to place an order and we do not want to do nothing this week and have twice the work next week.
So please take advantage of next weeks VAT cut now and avoid next weeks VAT chaos.
