Earlier this year Ortovox announced as precautionary safety notice on their AVABAG Carbon cartridges. They established that a small number of cartridges from a specific production period may lose pressure. The reason for this is a faulty cartridge adapter.
You can perform a quick check of your cartridge on a set of digital scales. If your cartridge weights within 5g of the printed weight then it has not lost any pressure and is fine to use.
