My favourite shoe is now on the website! The inov-8 Roclite 285 is a lightweight trail running shoe. Roclite sole in sticky rubber gives great grip in all conditions. Built on the performance last, it’s the narrowest shoe in the trail range which really suits my foot.
I use this shoe for most running except proper fell races where steep pathless terrain will be encountered. It is my adventure racing shoe of choice, where I have 2 pairs, the 2nd pair are a size larger than normal for expedition races where your feet swell after several days.
