Over the past 7 days we’ve had a fair few inches of snow in West Yorshire but today it’s decided to really come down. Because of this we’ve unfortunately had to suspend our Next Day Delivery service and replace it with Priority Delivery. This will be shipped with the same service, cost the same (£3.95) and will be delivered ASAP. In all but the worst affected areas I’d expect this to be in two to three days. In heavily affected areas you may have to wait for roads to be cleared.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience of this, we know it’s a pain but we don’t want to make a delivery promise which we’re not sure we can keep. As there is no guaranteed delivery times, there will be no refunds for late deliveries until normal service has been resumed.
